Patterned Pine Scrapbooking Layout

This was the third layout for the January class. We tore lots of snow and clouds from whipser white and cut lots of little trees from patterned pines (retired) to add to the pretty in pink background. The snowflakes have silver glimmer 1/2 cirlces on top of the stamped and punched flakes. The trees were punched in silver glimmer using the little flower punch from the itty bitty shapes punch pack. Pinks, greens, and sparkle. So pretty! We used pretty in pink, regal rose, certainly celery, and old olive. The trunks are chocolate chip.

Christmas Scrapbook Layout

I hope you didn't miss this class! This was on of the scrapbook layouts we made today. What would I do without my Big Shot? I used garden green, whisper white, and real red 12x12 cardstock. I also used the stocking die embossed with the petals a plenty embossing folder, some retired white ribbon,  a retired words die, and a few odds and ends of non Stampin' Up stuff. Pretty!!

Home Sweet Home Decor Elements

Wow! For every $50 you spend from Jan. 24th-March 31st you can earn free Stampin' Up products! I made this picture with the FREE Home Sweet Home Decor Elements (chocolate) and the FREE Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper. I cut the paper into 51/2 inch squares to fit this frame I found. The frame had a precut mat with holes for three 5x7 photos. Beautiful!!

I have had lots of questions about the frame. The frame is about 12x23 with an opening of  about 7x14. I applied the vinyl to the top of the glass. After I tranfered the vinyl to the transfer paper I slid the grid part under the glass to make centering much easier. You can also apply decor elements to canvas. I want to do that next.

Northern Frost Card

May favorite color (this week) with my favorite thing- snowflakes! I used the northern frost die with the snow burst embossing folder, and my Big Shot. Team that with marina mist paper, silver glimmer paper, curly cute (word set), white satin ribbon, and the lace edge punch and you have a winner. I also used whisper white as my base, silver embossing powder and versamark, and a dimensional under each snowflake. It makes a perfect Christmas thank you card. You can still purchase the snow burst embossing folder. It has been carried over with the new mini. Yeah!

It's A Wrap

Can you believe I made this using It's A Wrap? I stamped the bottoms of three of the wrappers in versamark, embossed them with black powder and cut them out. I turned them sideways and got these great bags! I used some narrow black ribbon for the handles (11/2 inch lengths). I stuffed them with real tissue paper (2x2). Everything is taped on to the back of the embossed bag. I used dimensionals to attach them to the white cardstock (21/2x31/2). I also used basic black and real red cardstock, the scallop edge punch, my Big Shot and the dotted embossing folder, the triple heart punch called Heart to Heart, and the 1 inch square punch (inside). For the inside I only taped around three side, leaving the top open to slip in a gift card. I can leave a message and sign my name by the cake. I am going to have a hard time deciding which cards we are making for the January class.  It is Jan. 21st and again on Jan. 22nd. Come and stamp with us!

Blossom Bouquet Card

I need to use the Blossom Bouquet punch more often. It makes such pretty flowers. I used poppy parade and calypso coral to make these flowers. The centers are the new large pearls in the occasions mini catalog. The are really big! I used my Big Shot with Little Leaves and the dotted embossing folder. I also got to use our new labels collections framelits dies. The are perfect for layering! I sponged around the edge of the white layer with calypso coral. I used the tiny calypso ribbon that will be available in the sale-a-bration catalog at the end of this month. It adds sparkle to the cards.

Vintage Vogue Card

My mom came over yesterday. This is card she created. She loves to cut out things so this card was perfect for her. Thanks, Mom! She used Vintage Vogue, Bring On The Cake, melon mambo, lucky limeade, and whisper white. She cut out two of the Little Leaves using the Big Shot. The flowers have green brads (brights), and are popped up using dimensionals. She curled the little flowers forward usig her fingernails. Very pretty!

Look what you can create with a few Stampin' Up punches, a Big Shot, and some cardstock. Google the owl punch and you can come with tons of ideas to use it for. A few of those ideas are actually owls!

Sweet Christmas Wreath Decoration

My sweet kitty decided he liked the wreath I just took off the door. He was purring away in his new spot.

PS I Love You Swing Card

I just watched a video on how to make these swing cards using the Big Shot and the Movers and Shapers die. Now that is cool! Once you get the SWING of it, they are pretty easy! This is one I made using the heart magnet that fits in the window. I used several punches: large heart, triple heart, lace edge, scallop edge, word window, 13/4 circle, and the 1 inch circle. I also used the dotted folder and the scallop heart of hearts embosslit. The set is PS I Love You. I used whisper white and regal rose cardstock, a regal rose pad, and some white satin ribbon. The heart flower center is raised up on a dimensional. Swinging is fun. I am going to use the large scallop square next. Stay tuned!!

Short & Sweet

Okay. I stole the birthday card right off Pinterest. How many of you have actually made things you find there??? It was stunning so I had to. I changed it to make it current. I used Real Red, Tangerine Tango, Lucky Limeade, and Tempting Turquoise. The cherries have a dot of the new red Dazzling Details. So Cute! I used thin black ribbon. The baby card version has Pretty in Pink, Bashful Blue, So Saffron, and Certainly Celery. This one uses pink grosgrain. I made a boy version with blue grosgrain. The squares were cut with the 11/4 punch. The circles (on with dimensionals) were cut with the 3/4 punch. The cupcakes and baby pins were cut with the 3/4 circle punch. I used a 1/8 punch on the tag which was cut using the word window punch. This is a great time to order punches from SU. They have a lot of them listed on the clearance rack for up to 60% off because they are the old style. You an order them from my site if you just click on the words at the top or the button on the right. You can have them sent directly to you wherever you are!

P.S. I Love You

When the new mini is available Jan. 4th you will be able to buy this set called P.S. I Love You. It is full of all the love you can stamp! Wait until you see all 15 pieces that come with it. It matches perfectly with the new Hearts Collection Framelits Die and the new Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die. Do you see the Paper Doily? It will also be available in just a few more days. It is stunning!! I also used the dotted embossing folder, melon mambo ink and cardstock, whisper white cardstock and ribbon, the large heart punch, and a sponge. Love is in the air!!

Fresh Vintage

Easy card. Whisper White and Cherry Cobbler, Big Shot, Dotted Folder, Labels Collection Framelits Die, anhd some scalloped ribbon. A few pearls for a bit of accent. Done!

Fresh Vintage

I keep playing with this set. It is so pretty. This time I used Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade, Soft Suede, Pool Party, and whisper white. This is one of those cards I kept adding one more thing. I ended up embossing the background with Vintage Wallpaper and my Big Shot.  I scalloped the bottom with the Scallop Punch. I added a white scalloped layer, too. I put that on my card base after I tied the white ribbon around it. I used the new Labels Collection Framelits die to cut the flowers and layered it in soft suede. I needed something for the coral Beautiful Wings butterfly to sit on so I cut two of the Little Leaves in Lucky Limeade. They butterflies have pearls on them. I embossed the Teeny Tiny saying in white. The bow is held on with a glue dot.

HINT: cut the white scallop punch slightly longer so you can trim it to match

Fresh Vintage

Pool Party, Rose Red, and Whisper White... what a pretty combo! This time I used the Sale-A-Bration set called Fresh Vintage and a word set called Sincere Salutations. I stamped big flower in Pool Party and punched it out with the scallop square punch. I sponged around the edges of the scallops and the whisper white layer in Pool Party. Then I stamped the little flower in Rose Red and punched them out with a 1/2 circle punch. I layered them together, added a pearl on each, then used dimensionals under the scallop squares to hold them on. I stamped the words in Rose Red then tied some Pool Party ribbon on.
