Dashing Deer will make some wonderful Christmas cards this year. This one is quick and easy because you get two of the die cut embellishment dies shown in red here. Brilliant idea, Stampin' Up!!
To make this card punch out the blueberry circle and emboss the dots from Timeless Texture with white embossing powder. Don't forget to use your embossing buddy so you don't get white flecks everywhere. For stamping the words I used my Stamparatus because I was making multiples. One window for the red words on the front and the other window for the blueberry words inside. Emboss the front with the new swirls and curls embossing folder after you stamp the words. The deer is cut out of gold foil and mounted with dimensionals. Tie a tiny red bow and use a glue dot to attach it. The red die cut embellishments are glued on. Add the red stamp inside to dress it up even more. Very pretty!

Here are the supplies you will need. Feel free to click on any picture and order these from my store.

Thank you!
Chris

2. Cut two pieces of whisper white card stock at 5 1/4 x 4.

4. Using your Big Shot, cut a real  red scallop oval (2 1/2 x 3 1/2) and a whisper white scallop oval ( 2 1/4 x 3 1/4). Tape them together then use dimensionals to add this to the card base.
5. Using your Big Shot, cut a stocking and the little piece that goes on top out of real red. Then cut the filigree stocking out of gold foil. Layer these pieces together. Use dimensionals to add them to the ovals.
6. Stamp the holy in emerald envy and use Your Big Shot and the matching framelit to cut it out. Tape it on the stocking.
7. Punch a 1/4 inch circle out of red glimmer paper and tape it on the holy.
8. I stamped on the inside using the second piece of white card stock, There is a real red dotted stocking in the bottom left corner with an emerald green holy on top of it. Colorful Seasons Snowflake Card

Make your own designer paper by embossing the snowflakes from Colorful Season in gold and silver. Cut your paper at an angle for an unusual effect.

Directions:

1. Cut a whisper white base and 5 1/2 by 8. Score at 4 1/4 and fold. Cut two more whipser white pieces at 5 1/4 by 4. One is for the outside and one is for the inside.

2. Cut one of the white card stock pieces on an angle for the front. My left is at 3 1/4 and my right is at 2 1/4.

3. On the top angled pieces stamp the three larger snowflakes in versamark and emboss them with gold embossing powder. Stamp the three smaller snowflakes in versamark and emboss them with silver embossing powder.

4. On the bottom emboss the snowflake from the Winter Wonderland embossing folder. Stamp the words from Hearts Come Home across the bottom in versamark and emboss them in gold.

5. Use the snowflake thinlits and cut out one large gold foil snowflake and 2 small silver foil snowflakes.

6. Use dimensionals to attach the two angled pieces on the card base. Cut a gold foil angled 1/2 wide piece to fit and tape it across the line where the two white pieces meet.

7. Tape the snowflakes on under the gold foil strip.

8. I embossed the words from Hearts Come Home (gold) and some more snowflakes (gold and silver) on the inside and embossed gold and silver snowflakes on the envelope.

Hearts Come Home Bridge Card

Hearts Come Home Bridge Card

Step 1:
*Cut the base at 4 1/4 x 8. Score at 1 1/4, 2 1/2, 5 1/2,and 6 3/4.
*Cut the bridge piece (front) at 4 x 5 5/8. Cut the church thinlit out of this placing the steeple as high as you can. Hand cut to the ends to release the cutout piece.. You will trim the edges to fit later.
*Cut the back house piece at 3 x 3 3/4.
*Cut the designer series paper for the back at  2 1/2 x 2 3/4 (may want just a smidge wider) and 4 more pieces at 1 x 4 for the four sides.

Step2:
Using Versamark  stamp Joy To The World in the center of the Bridge piece. Heat emboss with gold embossing powder.  *Tip: The embossing buddy will help you not have gold flakes around the words after heat embossing.

Step 3:
Emboss the bottom only of both cut house pieces with the falling snow embossing folder.

Step 4:
Fold on all score lines on the base. Add the designer paper to each panel.

Step 5:
Lay the houses down on gold foil paper. Trace around each house (and the church) with a pencil. Hand cut these and tape them to the back of each house.

Step 6:
Use dimensionals to attach the back houses to the back panel. Be sure the card will lay flat when the smaller panels are closed over it.

Step 7:
Punch a gold foil strip to fit (5 5/8 inches) using the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch. Tape it to the bottom of the bridge piece.Tape the bridge piece to the front of the card using Tear Tape for extra hold. Be sure to only tape on the two front side panels so the card will fold flat both right and left to fit in the envelope. Trim off any excess from the bridge piece sides.

Step 8:
Use a Glue Dot to attach a small bow near the embossed words.
