Heaven Blessed Easter Card

I made this card for the Creating Pretty Cards Contest on Craft Project Central. Design a card using the template for the week, enter it in the contest and you just might win a free subscription to any month. Ten projects with complete instructions for free, I'm in!

I used the aqua painter to color in the image on my card. After the ink dried I added a few highlights with markers just to add shadow. This stamp set has a little boy, too. He can be looking at some chicks. Adorable! It is in the new occasions mini.

For the basket, I colored the eggs first then added the brown to get more vivid egg colors. I used the blushing bride marker to add a bit of cheek color, knee color, and bunny ear color. I used pool party to highlight around the image above the grass line. I used a celery marker to highlight the grass (over the black marks), and a crumb marker to highlight the bunny, the basket, and her shoes.

Happy stamping!
