I made this birthday layout using Some retired DSP called East Coast Prep and a retired wheel called Cupcakes. Add a few current punches, bright paper, red strip bakers twine, and an alphabet set and look what happens! It is amazing how a little strip of Designer Paper will add so much to your layout.
