Beer Batter Bread
I just made the most wonderful bread! I took 3 cups of self rising flour, 3 TBS of sugar, and a bottle of beer. I mixed it together and put it in a greased loaf pan. I sprinkled course salt on the top and cut up some fresh rosemary over that. I baked it for 50 - 60 minutes. Wow!! I should have taken a picture. It was heavenly. I do say was. We ate the entire loaf!! Make some, you won't be sorry. Like card making- super easy and very rewarding! Bake it at 350 degrees... sorry, I left that out.
